QA Engineer

Job Title: QA Engineer
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Location: Bangalore
We are looking for QA Engineers to work closely with product stakeholders, UX designers, developers, and staff in an Agile, cross functional environment. These roles offer hands-on experience with modern tools, frameworks, and technologies across mobile and IoT platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing to validate functionality and reduce risk
• Contribute to building and maintaining test automation suites for mobile and API testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Support shift-left testing practices by contributing early in the development process
• Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end test cycles
• Ensure test coverage across mobile applications, APIs, and microservices
  

Technical Qualifications

• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing
• Experience writing test automation scripts using Python and Appium
• Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android), APIs, backend services, and end-to-end workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, or equivalent)
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools
