Senior Accountant

What role you will play in team: You will lead and guide a team of junior accountants, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting

What you will do: Oversee daily accounting operations, manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulations

Key responsibility:

• Overseeing daily accounting operations
• Managing a team of junior accountants
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations
• Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
• Supervising month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems is required.
