About the Role:
- We're looking for a Product Analyst who can turn data into insights and insights into impactful product decisions.
- You'll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business teams to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and measure the success of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user journeys, product usage data, and performance metrics to uncover insights that inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define KPIs and success metrics for new features and initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track product health and performance.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of product changes.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate data collection and tracking.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders through presentations and storytelling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Working knowledge of analytical/statistical tools like Python, R, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate numbers into meaningful narratives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
