Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive national sales strategy and revenue growth for Bonds and Fixed Income products.
- Build and expand relationships with Wealth Managers, Family Offices, RIAs, MFDs, Brokers, and Institutional Clients.
- Develop and manage distribution partnerships across India.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and business growth objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in Bonds, Fixed Income, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, PMS, or AIF.
- Strong network within Wealth Firms, Family Offices, Private Banks, and Distribution Partners.
- Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
- Experience managing large sales teams and driving national-level growth.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
