Job Description
- As a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for providing 24*7 Technical Support to UK/USA customers regarding printers, routers, emails. You will also have the opportunity to provide website development services to national and International Business. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound calls from customers with printer, router, and antivirus issues.
- Diagnosing the problem and suggesting the best plan to the customer.
- Selling technical support plans and relevant software.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months to 1 year.
- Should be proficient in closing their own calls.

- Candidates must be able to join immediately.
The salary offered for this position ranges from Rs. 15,000 to 22,000 per month (fixed) with huge incentives. The shift timing is from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am (US Shift) for 6 days a week.
