Role: Senior Manager - Delivery and Technology

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Manager - Delivery and Technology to lead technology delivery, manage complex projects, and drive engineering excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and strong verbal and written English communication.

The role requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between technology, business, clients, and delivery teams, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional engineering and delivery teams.
• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, product teams, and senior leadership to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide strong technical direction and participate in architecture, design, technology selection, and solution discussions.
• Review technical solutions, development practices, code quality, and engineering standards.
• Manage project planning, estimation, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical and delivery challenges proactively.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement across teams.
• Track project KPIs, SLAs, milestones, quality metrics, and overall delivery performance.
• Conduct regular client and stakeholder meetings and provide clear status updates.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior management on technology strategy, capacity planning, and delivery governance.
• Support pre-sales activities, technical discussions, solution presentations, and client proposals when required.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and engineering excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technology Delivery, Project/Program Management, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on understanding of software development and modern technology stacks.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end technology delivery and large/mid-sized engineering teams.
• Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, DevOps, and SDLC.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and make sound technology decisions.
• Strong leadership, people-management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern application architecture.
• Experience handling international clients or distributed teams.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, technical proposals, or client presentations.
• Technical certifications or management certifications will be an advantage.
