• Provide Client Support services in accurate and timely fashion.

• Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction internally and externally.

• Build positive and productive interactions with clients.

• Maintain frequent client follow ups and interactions to strengthen client relationships.

• Analyze and resolve Customer Service issues promptly.

• Promptly adhere and respond to tasks given by the Reporting Manager on a daily Basis.

• Regular Follow up activity with clients through emails, phone calls and maintaining smooth client interaction.
