Senior Sales Engineer

About the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for driving AMC, Spare Parts, O&M, and After Sales business for water and wastewater treatment solutions. The role involves customer relationship management, contract renewals, business development, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate business through AMC, O&M contracts, spare parts, and service sales.
• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Drive contract renewals and aftermarket sales growth.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with service and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in AMC Sales, Service Sales, Spare Parts Sales, or After Sales.

Required Skills

• Strong exposure to Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, WTP, STP, or ETP systems.
• Excellent customer relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in techno-commercial discussions and contract management.
• Willingness to travel as required.
