Overview Of The Role:
General
- The Operations Executive plays a vital role in enhancing the operational efficiency of the automotive business by managing administrative, system, and sales operations. The role requires ensuring cross-functional coordination and system readiness to support seamless operational activities, which are crucial for business continuity and customer satisfaction. It involves managing complex processes across multiple brands, overseeing system enhancements, and ensuring new locations are operationally ready, reflecting the role's pivotal nature in aligning operational goals with strategic business objectives.
General
- Support implementation and change management of SAP/system enhancements across functions, ensuring seamless integration and business continuity.
- Lead end-to-end administration of sales operations, including outbound vehicle delivery, trade-in management, and used car lifecycle tracking, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate the operational readiness of new locations, aligning cross-functional resources for system setup, infrastructure readiness, and vendor enablement.
- Oversee centralized PO management and vendor engagement to support smooth day-to-day operations across all business units and locations.
- Manage multi-brand operational performance, ensuring optimized inventory flow, used car procurement and pricing governance, fleet utilization, and Charger business operations.
- Ensure 100% systems readiness before go-live, achieving on-time vendor onboarding and PO setup.
- Achieve 95%+ SLA adherence on operational transactions, zero errors in vehicle processing, and positive stakeholder feedback.
- Track cost efficiency against budgets, ensuring operational delays due to vendor issues are less than 2%.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentational.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Capability to forge and maintain customer relationships to build rewarding partnerships.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines reliably.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in Administrative Operations Management practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Management and Finance is advantageous.
- Proven ability to coach teams and build cross-functional support across business units.
