Senior Product Manager/Product Manager - Digital Channels - Mobile Banking

Role Overview:

The Senior Product Manager - Assets will be responsible for driving the end-to-end digital assets journey on the Bank's Mobile Banking platform. The role will focus on enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, servicing, and portfolio growth across lending products such as Personal Loans, Loan Against Property, and other asset products. The incumbent will work closely with Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric, and scalable digital lending experiences.

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define and execute the digital assets product strategy aligned with the Bank's growth objectives.
• Build and manage the product roadmap for asset products on the Mobile Banking platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, onboarding, loan disbursement, and servicing journeys.
• Drive innovation through digital-first lending solutions and customer experience enhancements.

Digital Lending Journey Management:

• Own end-to-end customer journeys from lead generation to loan servicing.
• Design and optimize digital application flows, eligibility checks, underwriting integrations, disbursement journeys, and repayment experiences.
• Continuously improve conversion rates across the lending funnel.
• Enhance customer engagement through personalized product offerings and cross-sell initiatives.

Product Development & Execution:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with technology teams for product development, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and new features.

Portfolio Growth & Business Performance:

• Drive digital sourcing and portfolio growth for asset products.
• Monitor key business metrics including application volumes, approval rates, disbursements, conversion rates, and portfolio quality.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with business units to achieve product and revenue targets.

Customer Experience & Analytics:

• Track customer journeys and identify pain points impacting user experience.
• Leverage data analytics and customer insights to improve digital adoption and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing and user research to optimize product performance.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and dashboards.
