Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead our technical team and guide the companys technology strategy. The CTO will be responsible for building and managing the technical team, working closely with customers during the pre-sales process, overseeing project delivery, and providing technical consulting wherever needed. The CTO will play a critical role in ensuring that our services meet customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and mentor the technical team across various departments.
• Work with customers during the pre-sales process to understand their needs and offer technical solutions.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Provide technical expertise and consulting in areas such as Application Development, Mobile Development, AI, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with other departments to align business goals with technical capabilities.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure our services are competitive.
• Develop and implement strategies for the growth of the technical team and technological capabilities of the company.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any technical challenges that arise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Director, or similar leadership role in a service-oriented technology company.
• Strong knowledge of technologies in Application Development, AI, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, Mobile Development, and Salesforce.
• Ability to lead and manage a technical team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
• Experience in the pre-sales process and project delivery.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and quality.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
