Manager – PMS & AIF Distribution Sales (Delhi NCR, India)

A fast-growing alternative investment manager is seeking a Manager - PMS & AIF Distribution Sales to expand its distribution network across the Delhi NCR region.

This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with distribution partners, driving fundraising initiatives, and growing assets under management through Private Market and Wealth distribution channels. It is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong PMS or AIF distribution experience looking to join a growing investment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned distribution partners.
• Drive fundraising and sales across PMS and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) products.
• Expand regional distribution networks by onboarding new partners.
• Conduct regular meetings with distributors across the assigned territory.

• Share product updates, marketing materials, and investment insights with partners.
• Respond promptly to distributor enquiries and service requests.
• Achieve sales and business development targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in PMS or AIF distribution sales.
• Strong network within wealth distributors, IFAs, private banks, or regional distribution partners.
• Good understanding of alternative investment products and capital markets.
• Proven business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Self-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
