Job Profile: Digital Marketing Fresher (Sales-Focused, Entrepreneurial Role)

A highly motivated Digital Marketing Fresher with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on

experience in marketing and selling cleaning products through social media platforms. Responsible

for driving brand visibility, generating leads, and increasing product awareness among end

consumers and channel partners. Demonstrates the ability to create engaging content, manage

online campaigns, and convert digital interactions into sales opportunities. Proactive in identifying

growth avenues, building customer relationships, and implementing cost-effective marketing

strategies to boost product reach and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote cleaning products across

platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube.

? Create engaging contentincluding posts, stories, reels, and product demosto increase

brand awareness and consumer interest.

? Manage incoming customer inquiries and convert leads into sales through effective

communication and follow-ups.

? Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers through

digital outreach and promotions.

? Identify new market opportunities and contribute innovative ideas for product positioning

and campaign execution.

? Monitor social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions)

to evaluate and optimize campaigns.

? Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and enhance product visibility.

? Assist in planning and executing promotional offers, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups to

boost sales.

? Handle basic online customer service, feedback collection, and reputation management.

? Approach tasks with an entrepreneurial mindsettaking ownership of projects,

experimenting with new strategies, and driving results independently.
