About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, crafting strategic proposals, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
You will play a key role in scaling our business by developing new partnerships, nurturing existing accounts, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.

- Identify target markets, customer segments, and business channels for expansion.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:


- Proactively identify, qualify, and convert leads through various channels: networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.

- Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Understand client pain points, needs, and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
Proposal & Deal Management:
- Prepare compelling business proposals, pricing models, and presentations.

- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handoff to the delivery or account management team.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.

- Track and report on KPIs, forecasts, sales performance, and market trends using CRM tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in [insert industry: e., IT services, SaaS, B2B, Manufacturing, etc.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc
