Associate Regional Sales Manager - Ad Sales - South

General Purpose of the Position:

The ARSM - South is responsible for revenues in the advertisement and bulk ticket sales department and for customer retention.

Job Functions:

• Target Achievement: Achieving the targets of Ad Sales and bulk ticket sales assigned periodically.
• Sales Forecasting: Creating the annual sales forecasts by estimating total sales of self and the assigned region.
• Team Coordination: Meeting, coordinating, and guiding assistant managers to plan and implement sales objectives.
• Talent Management: Hiring and monitoring the performance of assistant managers, holding daily/weekly sales meetings, and conducting sales training.
• Inventory Activation: Adhering to and monitoring the off-screen inventory activation for client response.
• Reporting & Tasks: Implementing all assigned tasks and reporting duties, including daily activity reports, market intelligence reports, and competition tracking reports.
• Site Coordination: Coordinating with the site for managing inventory more effectively and to the best profit of the company.
• Market Intelligence: Gathering market intelligence.
• Customer Satisfaction: Attending to customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
• Client Relations: Creating relations with clients and agencies that result in meaningful information shared at the right time, resulting in revenues for the company.
