We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Business Unit (BU) to lead and manage our Electric Vehicle (EV) Battery Charger and Battery Management System (BMS) business. This senior leadership role will be responsible for the overall direction and performance of the business unit, ensuring its alignment with corporate strategies, growth objectives, and financial goals.

As the Head of the BU, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, ensuring profitability, managing the P&L, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the EV battery charging and BMS industries, along with strong leadership capabilities and a track record of successfully executing growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Leadership & Vision :
- Lead the development and execution of the business unit's strategy to ensure it aligns with broader corporate goals and market demands.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to grow market share and enhance product offerings.
- Drive long-term business success through forward-thinking innovation in EV battery chargers and BMS technologies.
2. P&L Management & Financial Oversight :
- Own and manage the P&L for the business unit, including setting financial targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring profitability.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth, optimize cost structures, and improve financial performance.
- Ensure that budgets, forecasts, and financial reports are delivered accurately and on time.
3. Team Leadership & Development :
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, including product development, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- Provide mentoring and development opportunities to ensure a high level of talent retention and growth.
4. Product & Market Innovation :
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to bring innovative EV battery chargers and BMS solutions to market.
- Stay ahead of technological advancements and regulatory changes, ensuring the business unit remains at the forefront of industry trends.
- Lead the product lifecycle from conception to commercialization, ensuring products meet customer needs and quality standards.
5. Growth & Market Expansion :
- Identify and capitalize on new markets and geographies for expansion.
- Develop and execute strategies for business development, customer acquisition, and expanding market share in the EV charging and BMS sectors.
- Manage key customer relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and customer satisfaction.

6. Stakeholder Engagement :
- Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and internal leadership teams.
- Represent the business unit at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Communicate business performance, opportunities, and challenges to the senior leadership team and key stakeholders.
Key Requirements :
Experience :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the EV battery charger or BMS industries or related technology sectors.
- Proven experience in managing P&L, driving financial performance, and executing growth strategies.
- Extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
Industry Knowledge :
- In-depth understanding of the EV market, battery technology, and charging infrastructure.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies in EV battery chargers and BMS systems.
