Job Description


Role & responsibilities


Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk.


Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.


Conduct telephonic marketing and client outreach activities as part of ongoing business communication.


Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external visitors.


Handle basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and assisting in office documentation.


Coordinate with the HR team during recruitment drives, onboarding, and internal events on a seasonal basis.


Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, organized, and represents the companys professional image.


Support management in executing day-to-day operational activities as required.


Preferred candidate profile


Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Communications, or related field).


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office tools.


Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in front desk, telemarketing, or HR coordination will be an added advantage.
