Investment Banking Analyst - M&A Advisory

What role you will play in team: You will join a team providing M&A advisory services to a diverse range of clients. You will play a key role in supporting senior bankers on transactions.

What you will do: This will involve financial modeling, valuation, market research, and client interaction. You will gain hands-on experience in the entire deal lifecycle.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling and valuation.
• Performing comprehensive market research and industry analysis.
• Developing client presentations and marketing materials.
• Participating in due diligence processes and client meetings.
• Assisting in the structuring and negotiation of transactions.
• Preparing transaction summaries and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and other professionals.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or a relevant field (prior M&A experience a plus).
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, precedent transactions, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg Terminal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
