Analysts

About the Role:

We are seeking an Analysts 1 years to 3 years of experience in financial services operations, data management, documentation review, legal operations, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate metadata, contractual attributes, and agreement details extracted from legal documentation.
• Compare extracted data against source agreements to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Investigate, document, and resolve metadata and codification exceptions.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and identify discrepancies requiring remediation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client contacts to address data quality issues and clarification requests.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and supporting documentation for review activities.
• Identify recurring exception trends and recommend process improvements.
• Support the digitization, codification, and quality review of legal agreement populations.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, Paralegal Studies or related fields.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with team members, both senior and junior.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with financial legal agreements (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA) or document review processes is a plus.
