Job Description
- The Account Manager role involves managing key client relationships, handling requirements, and leading the full recruitment cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, understand staffing solutions, and nurture long-term client relationships. You will manage client accounts and requirements, overseeing the entire recruitment process, and ensuring that client expectations are met. Driving business with existing clients and managing a team of professionals to ensure effective collaboration are crucial aspects of this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in US Staffing, along with at least 2+ years of experience as a Client Service or Account Manager in any US Staffing firm. Additionally, you should be comfortable relocating to Panchkula, Haryana. This is a full-time position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
Benefits for this role include commuter assistance, provided meals, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is fixed from Monday to Friday, with night shifts following the US shift timings. A performance bonus is also offered as part of the compensation package.
