Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As an Engineer - Solution Sales MRO in Surat, your primary responsibility will be to assist Processing Industry, Food, Pharma customers in optimizing their thermal processes, reducing maintenance issues, and cutting down on fuel costs by promoting Armstrong's product & service solutions. You will strive to achieve 100% On Time Performance and maintain Zero defects within your geographical clientele. Reporting to the Respective Regional Manager / Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Achieve the Annual sales budget by offering appropriate solutions to the defined customer base through a direct sales model.
    - Conduct a thorough analysis of Customers" Steam & Condensate network and their processes to deliver sustainable Armstrong solutions.
    - Adhere to Armstrong Quality standards.
    Qualification Required:
    - Possess good knowledge of Steam Engineering.
    - Demonstrate confidence and authority in communication.

    - Emphasize building strong interpersonal relationships.
    - Prefer a Value-based selling approach over a low bidder-based sales strategy.
