Finance & Accounting Manager (India & US Operations)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly reliable Finance & Accounting Manager to manage end-to-end accounting, payroll, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting for both Indian and US operations. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, statutory compliances, payroll systems, cash flow management, and internal asset audits, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts for Indian and US entities.

Handle Indian accounting using Tally and US accounting using QuickBooks.

Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closings.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Payroll Management

Manage Indian payroll using KEKA, including salary processing, statutory deductions, and reports.

Manage US payroll using Gusto, ensuring accurate salary payouts and tax deductions.

Coordinate payroll compliances and employee reimbursements.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Handle Indian compliances including GST, Income Tax, RBI, and other applicable statutory filings.

Manage US tax compliances including Sales Tax, Federal Tax, State Tax, and other regulatory filings.

Ensure timely returns, payments, and documentation for audits and assessments.

Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and tax advisors when required.

Cash Flow & Financial Management

Monitor and manage daily cash flow and fund utilization.

Prepare cash flow forecasts and working capital planning.

Control expenses and support cost optimization initiatives.

Client & Vendor Financial Management

Manage client invoicing, billing cycles, and revenue tracking.

Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain aging reports.

Handle vendor onboarding, payments, and payable management.

Project Costing & Financial Analysis

Prepare project-wise costing and profitability analysis.

Track project expenses against budgets.

Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Financial Reporting

Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, and management dashboards.

Generate periodic financial reports for leadership review.

Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Maintain records of company assets and depreciation.

Conduct internal asset audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Support statutory and internal audits with required documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, Gusto, and KEKA.

Practical experience in India and US accounting and payroll systems.

Sound understanding of GST, Income Tax, RBI, and US tax compliances.

Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills.

High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance orientation.

Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines independently.
