Asarfi Hospital is a NABH, NABL accredited 250-bedded Multispecialty Hospital located in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. It offers advanced medical care and emergency services, including specialized units like CCU, ICU, NICU, SICU, and a world-class Cardiac unit. The hospital has also launched an Oncology unit providing a range of services including Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, Surgery, and Pain & Palliative Care.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager at Asarfi Hospital in Dhanbad. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with NABH and NABL standards, conducting audits, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance patient care and safety.
Qualifications
- Quality Management, Audit, and Compliance skills
- Experience in implementing and monitoring quality control processes
- Knowledge of NABH and NABL standards
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management or related field
- Certification in Quality Management is a plus
