Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Collection Executive for our Jabalpur office in an on-site role. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing credit controls, conducting debt collection activities, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments. The role also includes analyzing financial data, communicating effectively with customers, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and collections.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical skills for assessing financial data and resolving issues effectively
• Basic knowledge of finance and an understanding of lending practices
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in financial services or collection operations is an advantage
