About the Role
As a System Engineer, you will be part of Atomic Norths frontline IT operations team, supporting enterprise users across North America. Responsible for managing and supporting enterprise Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Azure 365, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, and AWS. What Youll Do
- Perform advanced system administration tasks across Active Directory,Azure 365, Windows Server, VMware, and AWS.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Mobile Device Management, Identity Management, Data Governance, and GPO policies.
- Support vulnerability management, Windows imaging, and PKI processes.
- Collaborate with end-users and vendors to maintain applications and environments.
- Document configurations, backups, security standards, and maintain system monitoring and change control.
- Train junior team members and handle escalated support tickets.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Active Directory, Azure 365, Microsoft 365 administration
