Job Description

As a Bank Officer Business Account focusing on Current Accounts Sales, your primary responsibility will be to acquire Business Accounts/Current Accounts through various methods such as cold calling, market references, cross-selling, and promoting third-party products like life & health insurance, mutual funds SIPs. You will be in charge of executing sales and marketing initiatives at a branch to enhance the Liabilities business and meet sales objectives. Your role will involve meeting Liability acquisition targets by establishing new relationships and maximizing existing ones among the customer base. It will be crucial to ensure the timely opening of accounts and provide a seamless onboarding experience for New-To-Bank (NTB) customers. You should possess strong persuasive skills to engage effectively with customers and be capable of performing well under pressure. The compensation package for this position includes a fixed salary, incentives, and a petrol allowance.,
