Job Description

Role Summary
We are looking for a mid-level Implementation Project Analyst to support end-to-end product implementations for enterprise customers in the physical commodity trading domain. The ideal candidate is hands-on, structured, customer-facing, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies for customer implementations.
  • Track implementation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively escalate when required.
  • Support go-live readiness activities, cutover planning, and post-implementation follow-ups.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
  • Act as the primary coordination point between customers and internal teams (Implementation, Product, Account Management, Support).
  • Track and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership through structured status reports and dashboards.
  • Schedule and facilitate customer meetings, workshops, and review sessions.
  • Document and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM), action items, and decisions. Documentation & Business Analysis Support
  • Gather, document, and maintain functional requirements, workflows, and business processes.
  • Support implementation teams with: o Process flow diagrams o Data flow and document flow understanding o Business logic clarification
  • Maintain project documentation repositories including requirements, decisions, timelines, and change logs. Presentations & Reporting
  • Prepare and present decks for: Project kick-off sessions o Implementation progress reviews
Go-live, handover, and closure sessions
  • Create clear, concise reports and summaries for senior management and leadership. Continuous Improvement
  • Identify gaps in implementation processes and recommend improvements.
  • Support standardization of templates, documentation, and delivery frameworks.
  • Contribute across teams as needed to ensure customer success and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications & Experience Experience
  • 47 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Coordination / PMO/ Business Analysis
  • Experience working in software / IT / SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira (preferred), Smartsheets, or similar.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain: Project plans, Risk and issue logs, Action trackers, Status reports and dashboards
  • Education: Bachelors degree in: Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business / Operations Or equivalent practical experience.
Good To Have
  • Exposure to Physical Commodity Trading, Shipping, Logistics, Energy, or Trade Operations.
  • Understanding of: Document-heavy workflows (contracts, invoices, recaps, shipping documents), Data flows, APIs, and system integrations
  • Familiarity with OCR, AI, NLP, or automation platforms.

    Basic understanding of programming concepts (no coding required). Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects effectively.
  • Comfortable working with global customers across time zones.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
