Job profile:
- Should have prior experience working in the APAC regions, with a strong understanding of the regional market and customer landscape.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the APAC to engage with clients, build relationships, and drive business opportunities.
- Proven experience in closing deals and managing the end to end sales cycle across the APAC markets.
- Strong experience in client engagement, negotiations, stakeholder management, and deal closure within the region.
- Should have experience in software sales or solution sales, with prior experience working with the banking or telecom industry.
- Experienced in working with both delivery and sales teams, with good domain knowledge of software products and solutions.
- Experience in creating sales business plans to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Experience in strategy and planning.
- Experience in collections management.
- Strong account and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in team management, including business development, account management, and post sales account relationship management.
- Experience in contract and agreement closures.
- Strong negotiation skills for successful deal closures.
- Ability to conceptualize solutions to business problems.
- Ability to identify and pursue additional business development opportunities within customer organizations and collaborate with sales teams to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
- Experience in preparing server sizing, effort estimation, and costing will be an added advantage.
- Experience in account planning and ecosystem analysis.
