Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As an Area Operations Manager, you will be responsible for handling disbursement operations at the location, ensuring smooth processing from NDC to Cheque preparation. You will work with centralized software and possess hands-on knowledge of Property documentation. Your role will involve managing OTCS documents, Post disbursal documents for Mortgage/SME Loans, and monitoring MIS of daily disbursement database. Dealing with customer issues and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely complaint rectification will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee EMI and PEMI/PF banking of customers, reconcile Customer Statement of Accounts, and collaborate with central operations and Collection department.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Handle disbursement at the location for File/Docket from NDC to Cheque preparation
    - Work on centralized software and possess hands-on knowledge of Property documentation
    - Manage OTCS Documents and Post disbursal documents for Mortgage/SME Loans
    - Monitor MIS of daily disbursement database including OTC/PDD, Insurance, Dispatch Tracker, Cheque cancellation Reissue, Loan Cancellation, Disbursement cancellation
    - Deal with customer issues and aim to increase customer satisfaction through timely complaint rectification
    - Monitor customer service database and follow up with COPS/Branches for timely resolution of each request from the zone
    - Look after EMI and PEMI/PF banking of the customer with different cycle of the cheques
    - Reconcile Customer Statement of Accounts by coordinating with central operations and Collection department
    Qualifications Required:
    - 4 to 8 years of experience in a similar role

    - Strong understanding of disbursement operations and Property documentation
    - Proficiency in managing OTCS Documents, Post disbursal documents, and MIS databases
    - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on issue resolution and satisfaction enhancement
