Accounts Receivable Executive

Position: Accounts Receivable executive,
Job Location : Mulund (Mumbai)
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable operations end-to-end for domestic and export customers.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely collection of payments.
Follow up with customers for overdue payments, debit notes, and reconciliations.
Prepare and publish Customer Outstanding Reports, Ageing Reports, and Receivable MIS.
Maintain and monitor Customer Credit Limits as per company policy.
Track sales invoices, delivery details, payment schedules, and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in monthly closing, receivable provisioning, and audit requirements.
Support finance and management with collection status, dispute resolution, and escalations.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to statutory compliance related to receivables.
Required Experience Qualifications
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
5 - 10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable within a manufacturing company (preferably 500+ Cr turnover).
Strong knowledge of receivables accounting, credit control, MIS, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle or equivalent).
Ability to work closely with sales teams and build professional customer relationships.
