Position Summary : We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect with strong expertise in design coordination, consultant management, project execution, and statutory compliance within the Real Estate industry. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects while maintaining design standards and compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of building codes and approval processes

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Key Skills Required

• Review and finalize GFC drawings received from consultants
• Coordinate with Architectural, RCC, MEP, MOEF, CFO, and statutory authorities
• Support liaison and compliance-related activities
• Conduct consultant meetings, site reviews, and design discussions
• Prepare project reports, MOMs, and design analysis
• Ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution
