Credit Risk Manager

What role you will play in team: Oversee the credit risk function for a specific portfolio within Bajaj Finance.

What you will do: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement credit risk policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze credit risk exposures.
• Develop and maintain credit scoring models.
• Manage the credit risk budget.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
• 8+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit risk principles and methodologies.

• Experience with credit scoring models and risk management systems.
