What role will you play in the team?
As a US Taxation Senior Staff, you will be a key member of our US tax team, responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of US tax returns. You will work closely with junior staff and manage client engagements, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with US tax regulations.

You will manage the preparation of complex US tax returns, conduct tax research, and assist with tax planning strategies. Your contributions will ensure our clients meet their tax obligations while optimizing their tax positions. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
Key Responsibility
- Manage the preparation and review of US federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Conduct thorough tax research on various US tax issues and regulations.
- Assist with tax audits, including preparing responses to inquiries from tax authorities.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax records.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
- Stay updated on changes to US tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
- Identify potential tax savings opportunities for clients.
- Assist in the development of tax planning strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Required Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in US taxation.
- Strong understanding of US federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of US GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.
