About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic Area Business Manager to lead and manage BlueStone's retail operations in a designated region. The role involves driving sales, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and performance of multiple stores.
- Handle P&L, sales targets, and business growth.
- Implement innovative business strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM preferred (Tier 1/2 institute).

- Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills.
- Regional language fluency (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is a plus.
