About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our Human Resources team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily HR processes, contributing significantly to a positive employee experience. You'll be responsible for managing HR data, supporting onboarding, handling employee queries, and maintaining compliance, directly impacting our team's operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Administer the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, new hire paperwork, and exit documentation.- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR databases. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data, changes, and reports to the finance or payroll team.
- Policy Adherence & Compliance: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure all HR operations adhere to local labor laws and company
regulations.
- Benefits Administration Support: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee queries related to benefits.
- Employee Query Resolution: Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and basic benefits information, providing timely and accurate responses.
- HR Reporting: Generate various HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, attendance) as required by management for analysis and decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR operational processes, contributing to greater efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners) and other departments (e.g., Finance, IT) to ensure integrated HR support.
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of dedicated experience in an HR Operations, or similar administrative role.- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Data Management: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR data and maintaining records.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
