Role Overview:

As the Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be a key driver in building and scaling our team at BonV Aero's Bhubaneshwar location. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This role collaborates closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to attracting and retaining top talent, fueling BonV Aero's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit with BonV Aero.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
• Manage campus recruitment programs, building relationships with universities and participating in career fairs to attract top graduate talent.
• Implement and maintain effective employer branding initiatives to enhance BonV Aero's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Utilize headhunting techniques to identify and attract passive candidates with specialized skills and experience.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on technical roles.
• Proven experience in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, including online platforms, social media, and employee referrals.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to identify top talent and assess cultural fit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
• Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree/PG in Human Resources or a related field.
