Job Description

    As a Franchise Partnership Manager for an EdTech brand in Mumbai, your role will involve engaging with potential franchise partners, guiding them through the sales process, providing training, and offering ongoing support to ensure operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
    - Lead Engagement and Conversion:
    - Engage with qualified leads through various communication channels.
    - Conduct detailed discussions to assess suitability for the franchise model.
    - Present the franchise opportunity professionally, addressing all queries and concerns.
    - Nurture leads through follow-ups to guide them in decision-making.
    - Franchise Sales and Agreement Finalization:
    - Guide prospects through the sales cycle to signing the franchise agreement.
    - Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary documentation.
    - Ensure clear communication on legal and financial aspects of the agreement.
    - Training and Onboarding:
    - Coordinate and deliver training programs covering business operations.
    - Act as the primary contact during the onboarding phase.
    - Franchise Operations and Development:
    - Assist in setting up franchise operations and providing ongoing support.
    - Help franchisees achieve their business objectives and maintain operational excellence.
    - Relationship Management:
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
    - Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring alignment with the company's values.

    Desired Candidate Profile:
