Job Description

Description :

- This role operates as the business owner for branded content in the region, owning strategy, client solutions, and revenue growth. It builds and scales integrated branded content across TV and digital platforms, including AFPs and IPs, combining creative thinking with commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities :

- Content Strategy & Pitching: Own and drive the conceptualisation and pitching of branded content, AFPs, and scalable Network IPs that deeply align with client marketing goals and the channel's editorial tone.
- Revenue Leadership: Own revenue growth for the region through innovative, integrated, storytelling-led branded content solutions that go beyond traditional ad inventory.
- Relationship Management: Own and grow strategic client partnerships with top clients, media agencies, and brand decision-makers in the region.
- End-to-End Execution: Own the ideation-to-delivery lifecycle across TV, digital, and social, ensuring seamless execution, managing budgets, and meeting client expectations.
- Innovation & Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, audience behaviour, and platform innovations (e.g., influencer integrations, tech-enabled content) to shape future-ready, monetizable content.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the core commercial liaison, working effectively with editorial, production, digital, legal, marketing, and research teams to ensure delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications :

1013 years of progressive experience in branded content, media sales, content marketing, or integrated marketing roles, with a proven revenue and execution track record.
- Content Acumen: Deep understanding of storytelling, video formats, editorial sensibilities, and content behavior across digital platforms (web, social, OTT).
- Commercial & Creative Skills: Strong business understanding of content monetization, pricing, and client ROI. Must possess strong communication, presentation, and creative thinking abilities to conceptualize platform-native formats.
- Execution Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage the full content delivery processfrom scripting to on-air/publishing.
Preferred Add-ons :

- Experience working with brands in BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Auto, or CSR sectors.
- Exposure to regional content markets and multilingual brand storytelling.
