Job Description
- As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our location on Karve Road, Pune, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our organization's services and operations.
You will be expected to understand the purpose of each call, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and assist clients with their questions or concerns. Additionally, maintaining daily reports, updating the CRM system with call data, and ensuring timely callbacks are essential tasks to ensure efficient customer service.
As part of your role, you will be required to report any equipment issues or malfunctions promptly to the admin department and escalate customer complaints or concerns to higher authorities when necessary. Furthermore, training new employees on telephone etiquettes and maintaining a professional atmosphere in the telephone department will be part of your responsibilities.
Your attention to detail is crucial, as accurately entering client information into the system and completing any other tasks assigned by the organization are vital to providing a seamless customer experience. Your ability to adapt to various tasks depending on the nature of work will be valued in this role.
