Job Description

The Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room plays a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent within the hospitality industry. This position involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with department heads to determine current and future staffing requirements, and design effective recruitment plans to meet these needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Selection Process Management: Lead the recruitment process by screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room as an employer of choice by highlighting its unique culture, values, and career opportunities to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization, providing necessary training and support.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational standards, and maintain accurate records and reports on hiring metrics.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
