We are seeking self-motivated Recruitment Consultants/Managers with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of our growing global operations. This opportunity is for someone who wants to be at the forefront of growing and developing a business while leveraging our vast network of stakeholder relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior Recruitment consulting, HR or Talent Acquisition experience, looking to develop a business and team around them. We also welcome professionals from the Maritime industry who are looking to use their knowledge in a broader dynamic client-facing role as a specialist recruiter at Caliber8.

• Manage a strong pipeline of maritime/shipping candidates in the market and have a strong ability to headhunt for Maritime related roles.
• Manage global shipping clients and be the key interface.
• Meet relevant candidates within your area of specialization and advise them through assignments
• Partner with senior stakeholders within Client organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirement
• Become a reference in your market while having ambitious business development objectives

The Ideal Candidate

• You must have 3+ years of experience and have demonstrated a strong flair for headhunting, recruitment or strong candidate pipeline management.
• You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment
• If youre a problem solver motivated by high sales commission and develop teams, this role is ideal for you
• Prior expertise within maritime, logistics or shipping will be an added plus
