Job Description
Candor Textiles is a manufacturing and exporting Company of repute having 500+ employees situated in Khandwa Road, at the outskirts of Indore. To strengthen the Talent Management System by implementing structured and employee-centric processes that attract, develop, and retain talent; enhance competencies through targeted learning and capability-building initiatives; support performance management through data-driven insights; and simplify HR systems to ensure a seamless and supportive experiencethereby enabling the organization to meet its current and future workforce needs, we are looking for an AGM/ DGM- HR.
Key Responsibilities-
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Develop and execute recruitment strategies
Manage sourcing channels
Oversee interview & selection process
Ensure timely hiring
Ensure smooth Onboarding & Induction
Drive employer branding initiatives
Training & Development / Competency Building
Conduct TNI/TNA
Develop annual training calendar
Prepare and manage the training budget.
Execute training programs
Evaluate training effectiveness
Liaise with external training partners
Performance Management System
Performance Goal Setting aligned with AOP for all HoDs(Framing KRA/KPI in Balance Score Card )
Coordinate performance appraisal review cycles
Analyze performance data on quarterly basis
Generate annual reports with quarterly trekkers
Support new KPI setting and calibration process
Succession & Career Planning
Identify high-potential and successors for critical roles.
Maintain talent profiles and development plans in the system.
Employee Engagement & Experience
Enhance employee experience with self-service portals, feedback tools, and communication modules.
Promote adoption of the system and best practice like QC ,Kaizen ,SGA etc.
Promote through user training, FAQs, and helpdesk support
Reward & Recognition System
Tie PMS outcomes to: Increment & Promotion ( White Collar employee)
Tie PMS outcomes to: Incentive /Bonus ( Blue collar employee)
High performers may be nominated for special projects, training, or career advancement.
Recognition Programs (e.g., Best Performer, Star Employee)
Change Management & Communication

Drive change management initiatives during new rollouts or updates.
Work with HR leadership to communicate the value of the system to all stakeholders.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate MIS on Talent metrics/Skill Matrix
Generateupdated information on attrition, skill gaps, performance distribution etc.
Educational Qualification
MBA in HR / PGDM
Experience & qualification:
- 12-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in core recruitment & 05 Years in Training Development
- Talent Sourcing, Interviewing, Training , HRIS
- Communication, Stakeholder Management, Decision-making
Software Proficiency:
LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, BI
Certifications:
LinkedIn Certified Recruiter /ISTD
Salary range- 12-15 LPA
