Job Description

    As a candidate for the role, you should possess strong technical skills along with excellent problem-solving abilities and prioritization skills. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with multiple stakeholders. Previous experience in managing a team would be advantageous as this position involves leading a team. You will be expected to act as a trusted advisor to the SVP GM CAST India and the Global Technical Director in developing and executing a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the assigned territory.
    Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with sales management to plan account strategies, ensuring consistent pre-sales processes for maximum conversion of opportunities, and driving business growth in the territory in alignment with the SVP GM CAST India and Global Technical Director. You will also play a key role in the sales process, value positioning, business case definition, and deployment management related to the implementation of the CAST platform within partner organizations in India. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Senior Technical Account Managers, supporting their skills development activities, and conducting VP/C level presentations.
    To excel in this role, you should be able to establish credibility with VP/C level executives and development leads within partner organizations. Keeping abreast of market trends, product offerings, and the competitive landscape is crucial. You will contribute to enhancing technical pre and post-sales processes by developing relevant materials such as demos, pilots, automation tools, training kits, and deployment plans to ensure partner satisfaction. Regular communication with product managers to provide feedback on potential product enhancements is also expected.

    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of successful software experience in a pre-sales, COE, or customer-facing role. Knowledge of project development and delivery processes would be beneficial. Core skills required for this role include excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the ADM world and Cloud (PaaS) solutions, and experience in Solution Delivery, Project Management, and Service Delivery. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies would be advantageous. A technical bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree is considered a plus.
    In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should be willing and able to travel locally within India and occasionally to Europe based on business requirements, typically for 1-2 weeks per year.,
