CavinKare - National Rural Distribution Manager
Job Description
1. National Rural RTM Strategy : Define RTM blueprint; decide Hub & Spoke vs selective direct; tailor for High PCC vs Low PCC states.
2. Rural Reach Expansion : Create cluster-based expansion frameworks; identify underserved rural clusters; sequence rollout for sustainable penetration.
3. Hub & Spoke Network Scaling : Design hubs/spokes; set operating norms; strengthen network stability and reduce distributor churn.
4. Distributor Economics & Sustainability : Establish ROI/margin guardrails, productivity levers, and dispute mechanisms to sustain partners.
5. Digitization & Data Transparency : Implement DMS, digital order capture, inventory tracking, and dashboards for secondary + inventory visibility.
6. Service Level & Beat Optimization : Define service cadence, beat design, delivery frequency; reduce stock-outs while controlling cost-to-serve.
7. Rural Programs & Loyalty : Partner Customer Marketing on rural activation and loyalty programs that improve off-take and network stickiness.
8. Manpower Model & Capability : Define rural manpower structure and capability building for adoption, governance, and execution excellence.
