About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Counsel / Senior Associate to join our legal team in Bangalore. The role requires expertise in real estate, contracts, litigation, and company law, with the ability to manage complex legal matters, ensure compliance, and support business operations with sound legal advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on real estate, contract, litigation, and company law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and regulatory matters.
• Conduct due diligence and compliance reviews for transactions and projects.
• Identify legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Prioritize and manage multiple legal tasks to meet business timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to support company objectives.

Qualifications

• LL.B./LL.M. from a reputed institution; alumni from NALSAR or other esteemed universities strongly preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in well-reputed law firms or corporate legal departments.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate, contract law, litigation, and company law.
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
