Customer Support Executive

Company: Cherise India Private Limited

Job Profile: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries over calls in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information and support to customers.

Maintain and update customer records regularly.

Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of customer queries.

Prepare and maintain reports using Excel.

Manage and guide the customer support team (team handling experience required).

Required Skills:
