About the Role:
A leading logistics and shipping company is seeking a motivated Outside Sales & Marketing Executive to drive its OOG/Project cargo business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, sales strategy, and building strong relationships in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage OOG/Project cargo sales across the UAE.

• Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to meet targets.

• Engage existing clients to secure more bookings and onboard new clients.

  

• Manage and reduce long idling inventory units in the UAE.

• Conduct thorough market research on competitors and industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams across regional offices to enhance import volumes.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, vendors, and network partners.

• Manage weekly sales forecasts and maintain updated CRM records.

• Willing to travel within the Middle East as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree.

• 2-3 years of experience in OOG/Project cargo or logistics sales.

• Strong persuasive communication and client handling skills.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team.

• Flexibility to travel across the Middle East region.
