Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities in residential, commercial, and public EV charging projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tenders for supply & installation projects.
Technical & Project Alignment
- Understand client technical requirements and align solutions accordingly.
- Liaise with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, corporates, and private clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact during sales and project negotiation stages.
- Manage contracts, pricing discussions, and revenue models with clients.
Market & Strategic Insight
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in EV infrastructure.
- Provide insights to management to shape the company market positioning.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in EV charging, renewable energy, or electrical systems.
- 2 years of UAE experience (minimum).
- Strong knowledge of EV chargers (AC/DC), electrical installations, and related standards.
- Proven track record in business development, tendering, and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- UAE market experience require ; Arabic language require
