Job requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Partner manager to join our clients team in Dubai office. This role will focus on driving sales growth, building strong relationships with partners, and expanding client market presence in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the cybersecurity or IT industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the regional market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector.

  • Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, and technology vendors.

  • Market Expansion

    : Identify and penetrate new market segments in the Middle East, focusing on industries such as finance, healthcare, government, and energy.

  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs and present tailored cybersecurity solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and campaigns.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cyber threats to position Watchtower Cyber Solutions as a market leader.

  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or partner management, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or technology distribution.

  • Strong network of contacts within the Middle East, particularly in the UAE, is highly desirable.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, such as endpoint security, network security, or cloud security, is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

  • Willingness to travel within the Middle East as needed.
