Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored software solution proposals.

• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and presentations in Arabic and English.

• 

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Develop technical content and solution documentation for proposals, RFPs, and tenders.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).

• 4+ years of experience in software presales, preferably in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, integration, and customization.

• Experience delivering client-facing presentations, PoCs, and workshops.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of the UAE public and private sector technology landscape is a strong advantage.

• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi with occasional travel within the region.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
